★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe von Santander versehentlich ein Schreiben erhalten (nicht mich betreffend). Wollte telefonisch diese Information an Santander geben bezüglich des Datenfehlers. Dame am Telefon wollte dann eine schriftliche Meldung diesbezüglich. (Schreiben einscannen und per mail schicken) Ich sagte der Dame das mich das gar nichts angeht und ich nur mitteilen will, dass diesbezüglich ein Fehler vorliegt und ich mich damit nicht weiter beschäftigen will. Darauf hin fragte mich die Dame "Warum rufen Sie dann an?"
Alles klar Santander. Immer wieder gerne. :-)
Accidentally received a letter from Santander (not related to me). I wanted to give this information to Santander by phone regarding the data error. Lady on the phone then wanted a written message about this. (Scan the letter and send it by mail) I told the lady that this is nothing to do with me and I just want to inform you that there is an error in this regard and I don't want to deal with it any further. Then the lady asked me "Then why are you calling?"
All right, Santander. Always my pleasure. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessant: wenn man anruft, wird man nach der Vertragsnummer gefragt, weiß man die nicht, wird sofort aufgelegt.
Interesting: when you call, you will be asked for the contract number, if you don't know it, the phone will hang up immediately.
