Gute Getränke-Auswahl, sehr nette Bedienung und super Beratung durch die Chefleute selbst. Great handicrafts, cakes and chocolates as well as chocolate showpieces perfectly produced. Lots of love for the job! Good selection of drinks, very nice service and great advice from the managers themselves.

Wir waren als Gruppe dort (um die 15 Leute) und es gab auch da keinerlei Probleme, obwohl wir so viele waren. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist folgender: Als ich eine Geburtstagstorte in Auftrag geben wollte, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie nur die Torten machen, die sie bereits in der Auslage zeigen. Und das kam vom Chef. Sehr enttäuschend, da auf der Website sogar sehr kuriose Tortendesigns hergezeigt werden! Wobei ich hinzufügen möchte, dass das gewünschte Tortendesign sogar recht simpel war. Pluspunkt war hier, dass sich die nette Angestellte sehr bemüht hat, mich zu beraten! Gescheitert ist es hier also nicht an ihr. Highly recommended as a café, pleasant atmosphere, great coffee and the cake is good too. We were there as a group (around 15 people) and there weren't any problems even though there were so many. The only point of criticism is the following: When I was about to order a birthday cake, I was told that they would only make the cakes that they were already showing on the display. And that came from the boss. Very disappointing as the website even features very strange cake designs! I would like to add that the desired cake design was actually quite simple. The plus point here was that the nice employee went out of her way to advise me! So it wasn't her failure here.
P	Peter Toxopeus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige patisserie in hartje Eisenstadt, vlak bij het kasteel Esterházy waar je onder andere van de originele Esterházy-Torte, de Haydn-Torte (afgeleid van de componist Joseph Haydn), de Kardinalschnitte, Kastanje-Schnitte/taart, echte "Linzeraugen" en nog veel meer echte Oostenrijkse (streek-)gebak kunt genieten. ??? Ook is er een terras, lekker in het zonnetje. Ook honden zijn welkom. Enige min punt is, dat er ook veel rokers buiten zitten, das jammer maar dat heerlijke gebak. Great patisserie in the heart of Eisenstadt, close to the Esterházy castle where you can enjoy the original Esterházy-Torte, the Haydn-Torte (derived from the composer Joseph Haydn), the Kardinalschnitte, Chestnut-Schnitte / cake, real "Linzeraugen" and still many enjoy more genuine Austrian (regional) cake. ??? There is also a terrace, enjoying the sun. Dogs are also welcome. Only downside is that there are also many smokers outside, which is a shame but that delicious cake.

Kellnerin sitzt bei den Gästen und tratscht, aber wenn sie kommt, ist sie freundlich. Sehr unpersönliche Atmosphäre, Angebot für Frühstück eine Frechheit. Keine Empfehlung Garden furniture in November in the guest room, tables are dirty and not cleared, although only 3 tables are occupied with guests. Waitress sits by the guests and gossips, but when she comes, she is friendly. Very impersonal atmosphere, offer for breakfast a joke. No recommendation

Wir nehmen Platz, ein älter Herr, der Kellner kommt; wir grüßen, er sieht uns nicht an, murrt etwas, legt den Zettel zur Dateneintragung Covid auf den Tisch und lässt uns allein. Steht dann im Cafe und redet. Keine Möglichkeit, innerhalb von 20 Minuten etwas zu bestellen. Wir gingen weiter in ein gastfreundlicheres Cafe. Diese Ignoranz und Unfreudlichkeit den Gästen gegenüber wird uns für immer von diesem Cafe fernhalten- Today, August 26th, 2021, in the afternoon with my son in the rain on the terrace of Cafe Arnberger. We take a seat, an elderly gentleman, the waiter comes; we say hello, he doesn't look at us, grumbles something, puts the Covid data entry sheet on the table and leaves us alone. Then stand in the cafe and talk. No way to order something within 20 minutes. We went on to a more hospitable cafe. This ignorance and unpleasantness towards the guests will keep us away from this cafe forever-
