★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestern wollte ich €3500, - bar beheben. Geht nicht war die Antwort, als Kunde sind max 3000, - erlaubt , aber da ich Kunde bei der Raika Wien bin, sind überhaupt nur €2000, - möglich. Im Oktober konnte ich hier noch €5000, -bar beheben !!! Diese Bestimmung ist laut FMA wegen der Corona Situation wurde mir mitgeteilt. Es gibt weder einen Aushang in der Filiale, noch auf der Internetseite eine Info.Nach Rücksprache mit der Raika Wien wurde mir schriftlich mitgeteilt, das es sich um keine Anordnung der FMA handelt sondern um eine eigene Regelung dieser Raika.
Yesterday I wanted to fix € 3500 in cash. The answer was not, as a customer a maximum of 3000, - is allowed, but since I am a customer of Raika Vienna, only € 2000, - are possible at all. In October I was able to fix € 5000 bar !!! According to the FMA, this provision has been communicated to me because of the corona situation. There is no notice in the branch, nor is there any information on the website. After consulting with Raika Vienna, I was informed in writing that it was not an order from the FMA but a separate regulation of this Raika.
