P	Papa Wimmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit habe für einen Parkschein Kleingeld gebraucht und fünf Euro wechseln lassen und mußte dafür 2 Euro Wechselgeld berappen. Ich war sehr unter Zeitdruck und habe die2€ bezahlt, aber von Kundenservice kann hier keine Rede sein. Das war sicher das letzte mal dass Ich eine Erste Filiale betreten habe. An impudence had needed change for a parking ticket and changed five euros and had to shell out for 2 euros change. I was under a lot of pressure and paid € 2, but customer service is out of the question. That was for sure the last time I entered a first branch.

Slowacek mit großem persönlichen Engagement sofort reagiert. Frau K. Bernhardt hat i. d. Folge den weiteren erforderlichen Ablauf mit Geduld u. Kompetenz erledigt. Der Verlust eines größeren Geldbetrages blieb mir dadurch erspart! ? After losing my savings account (including password) d. First bank has d. Head of d. Eisenstadt branch Mr. A. Slowacek reacted immediately with great personal commitment. Mrs K. Bernhardt has i. d. Follow the further required process with patience and competence. This saved me from losing a large amount of money! ?

Ebenfalls sind die Mitarbeiter am Empfang nicht sehr 'kompetent', musste letztens 30min auf einen Rückruf warten und wurde dann nach Hause geschickt, da kein Anruf kam. Die Filiale lässt sich somit zu wünschen übrig. Long waiting times and the devices are often defective or full on weekends / holidays. The reception staff are also not very 'competent', recently had to wait 30 minutes for a call back and were then sent home because there was no call. The branch leaves a lot to be desired.

Service durchgeführt und danach erst auf Kosten in der Höhe von 150,- Euro hingewiesen ... mal schaun ob meiner Bitte um Kullanz nachgekommen wird.
