The room was clean and since I was located at the fourth floor I had almost no hindrance of the road below. I did not have any issues with the room, but when I contacted them about my leave they were pleasant to communicate with and they helped me perfectly. I do have to say that when you get a room at Donaubase it would be best to request a room not located on the metroline side.

It was a smooth process from beginning to the end. And the most important is they are not like robots in housing Austria, unlike the other companies. They are all so warm and welcoming people.

The apartment was modern, clean, fully-furnished and came with all the extra necessities for student life. The housing team was super helpful and really nice! Overall, a great way to go if you're looking for student housing options.

They picked me up from the airport- even though I arrived in middle of the night- and the driver helped me with my luggage up to my room! The gift basket was great as well. Especially I was very lucky to become familiar with Sibel who is working in this company. She is really a nice and approachable person. She already understood my situation when I applied for an accommodation and tried her best to find a suitable room for me. Although some later on I moved to another dormitory, the quite short period I was living in that flat was very comfortable. I recommend everybody to apply in Housing Austria
