M	Mike Alpha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Projekt, dass sicherlich polarisiert, aber mir gefällt es gut. Hier werden hochwertige Wohnungen auf einem Gelände errichtet, dass vorher keinen Wert hatte. Passt also. A project that certainly polarizes people, but I like it a lot. Here, high-quality apartments are being built on a site that was previously of no value. So it fits.

Yes, it's a non-working day, but does this mean tenants should pay to stay and feel cold in the room? This is unacceptable! Answer: Thanks for the response! However, there was no heating 4-5 hours earlier than 10 pm on Jan 5th, i.e. 6 pm I was in the room and there wasn't heating. I understand, it could happen something to fail, of course. And I wouldn't have posted such a critical comment if I would received an adequate answer from your agent on +43 (1) 361 48 84 10.
X	X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not go into too much details, but when signing the contract you will need to: - pay one months rent 650 € (in my case) - pay a kaution equal to 3 months rent (1950€) - pay an administration fee 250 € - and at end of the stay 75 € for clearing Also, cleaning of the room is charged extra, depending on how often is done as well as a parking spot costs extra. It would have been nice too see the above on the website, before spending coule of hours to go to the place and find out.
G	Goncalo Pimentel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE We have been staying at TrIIIple Tower II and it's an absolute nightmare. The fire alarm and sirens go off frequently without explanation. The construction noise is unbearable. If you want to heat your apartment it takes 24+ hours. There's always construction workers coming in and out, elevators are constantly dirty, and the management company hasn't gotten back to my email since last year.
