Very quiet, clean, perfect location. The bed was very good too. I also liked that there were roller shutters.

It's a vey comfortable hotel. Rooms are charm and big enough. There are several paths to walk around. Houses nearby are so nice. The only question is that it has no elevator.

+ staff was great + we got early breakfast + the room was clean - bed was clean but very bad condition - a lot of hard noices in the late evening from upstairs (jumping, running, etc.) - the price was absolutely too high (95€ douple room) 50-60 € is very enough to this kind of hotel in Graz.

I stayed at Villa Ruckert in March 2014 for 10 days, visiting my closest friend at the hospital there. I have the best impressions of this cosy little hotel. The hotel is situated in a residential area full of nice mansions, five minutes walk from the University Hospital of Graz, very close to an Art University and twenty minutes walk to the historical centre of Graz. There is a bus station just outside the hotel but walking to the centre is great especially this time of the year when all the gardens are blooming ! In the evening I felt secure to walk in the area. The staff were polite and friendly and helpful especially the manageress Christine who is a very positive person and it was great to see her smiling face when I came down to breakfast in the morning. No luxuries in the room, but importantly it was clean and spacious and comfortable. The fact that there is no elevator was not a problem for me, I could use the exercise walking up the stairs. Also important for me was the free wi-fi anywhere in the hotel. Last but not least, the hotel was almost full but I never felt disturbed by the other tenants. I would definitely recommend Villa Ruckert to all visitors to Graz either on business or for pleasure. Good value for money and great location!

It was a very nice hotel, with acceptable prices. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is rich (you can eat as much as you can). My personal experience: last day, we were leaving before the reception opening, and we found, that they made some sandwiches for us. So they are really taking care of their guests! If you are planning to visit Graz, I can advise you to choose Pension Rückert. I'm also planning to visit it in the future.

I stayed there in an apartment for 2 month , it was apartment VI, overall experience is good, the apartment is a little old, the heating system is not as it should be during the winter. the WIFI is free and fast but not inside the apartment- at least mine-(weak signal), apartment contain a small kitchen with stove, and water heating machine, hot water is always available,bed is good but the pillow is terrible. The staff are super friendly, and very cooperative, washing machine and a dryer are available, location is good, about 20 mins walking from the center (Jakomini) , 7 mins by tram, the nearest station is 2 mins walk, the nearest supermarket(SPAR) is 4 mins walk.very quite neighborhood. apartment is a little over priced, 508 euros per month for the standard apartment.anyways, the overall rating is 7/10.
