R	Radu Paunescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graz is offering modern and classic in harmony. NH is offering modern architecture, top facilities, in the old center. Kindness, proffesionalism and confidence. And a parking right under the building.

Parking below the hotel was also an asset but a lift to the hotel would be good if you have a lot of luggage. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. Good to also know that they accept pets. We will be back and spend more time in Graz.

The breakfast was big , many choice. The hotel is in centre of city. Parking not free. Next to hotel is parking(underground): price 18 euro/day. In the bathroom : shower is in bath tub, shower not separately.

D	Diana Lynovytska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern, lovely and clean room, equipped with coffee machine + capsules (which they were giving each day), has a small balcony. Location is 10/10, really close to the city center and all the touristic attractions. We had a view on a park - it’s really beautiful. Although we didn’t have the breakfast included, we managed to see it when passing by - it looked really delicious, there was a great variety of meals (it’s definitely not a classic “European breakfast” where you can only find bread and jam), which included fruit (watermelon, melon), porridge, meatballs, etc. The only minus that I can tell is that our safebox didn’t work. We asked the administrator, what can be done, she said she would ask master to come the next day but it didn’t happen during our whole vacation. Additionally, I really liked the shower gel and the shampoo that they provide. Tip for PARKING: it’s easy and cheap to leave the car on the P+R (Parking & Ride) near Murpark. It will cost you ~9 euro / day + ~3 euro each next day. So let’s you park it for 3 nights > 9+3+3= 15 euro (can’t remember the exact prices but it’s smth like that). There are a lot of parking spaces and it’s easy to get to the city center by train (#4 or #13).
H	Hammidah Shaari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nightmare of a hotel for me. The rooms (we got two rooms on different nights) were not clean. There was a piece of chewing gum stuck on the floor in the first room, and my husband had to clean it, and the room was super cold, as the heater was not working. I got really sick, so they moved us to another room. The second room was on a lower floor. There was no tissue, the floor was not clean, the bathroom was stained, the curtain was not properly hooked. I actually wanted to check out immediately, but I was really sick, so we decided to rest despite all the above. How this hotel got to be rated 4 ⭐ is anyone guess. Not a single staff at the reception wears a smile on their faces, or greeted the guests as they walked in. The pastries FOC near the reception area was not even covered. This is our 3rd trip to Graz as we love Graz a lot, but NH Graz City definitely our first and last.

Professional, but cold staff, sterile service as elsewhere in these NH hotels, but comfortable to provide rest. No daily restaurant is a minus, but there are many pubs, clubs and takeaways around.
