★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Large rooms. Very close to city center as well as University. Old building. Old but gives an authentic feeling. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. There is no disadvantages at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have air conditioning now but it won't go below 22 (72F) and it never really cools the room. And of course you can't open the windows because Austria refuses to embrace the concept of a window screen. But not a bad hotel! It's been updated since some of the poor reviews written years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant hotel located perfectly in the city centre. I was particularly impressed with the service of the front desk, the attention to detail and consideration was what made my stay pleasant. The modern rooms are quite nice and contemporary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really pretty and cozy, our room was big, beautifully furnished with comfy beds, we had access to a beautiful terrace with rose garden where we could enjoy our breakfast. The staff was super friendly and caring- I'm really impressed. They also gave us 50% discount for the parking and free croissants to our coffee. I strongly recommend this hotel- would love to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Gollner is not an anonymous chain hotel, but a true family business - you can feel this in the service: the Gerlach family is friendly and helpful and offer top service for travels, both business and private. Many of the rooms are refurbished and have a cosy yet modern atmosphere. Breakfast is great. The location is excellent: in the city center, with access to public transport (trams and busses). The main shopping street is only a 5' walk; The opera hous is just around the corner.
When you want to visit Graz, Gollner Hotel is the way to go!
