Rooms were clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the restaurant and breakfast items were excellent. There was a grocery store right next door and stops for the bus and the tram were close.

The staff is also ok, the people were very nice and polite but they also didn't give me much informations about the city etc. The breakfast is also international and pretty good, but the coffee machine was broken one day and I started my day without coffee. It's a typical business hotel: it does its job.
N	Nick Hadean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice and quiet location. The town center is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good, although not included in the price.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained with the basic amenities one requires. If you are travelling by your personal car then you can also avail to free parking right across the street which is safe and suitable.
K	Kong Foo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price for the room was very good and competitive, and the room itself was clean, spacious and well equipped (desk, WIFI, mini-fridge) and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Ther is parking at the hotel but I feel like it was slightly expensive, as was the breakfast. The location for me was good as it was a 15 minute walk into town trugh the university district, some people may not like that but there is a tram and bus nearby. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Graz and would likely come back to this one the next time I am in town.
A	Asif Sardar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very clean and calm Hotel, 10- 12 minutes’ drive from train station. The rooms with terrace have very nice city view. Hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to main platz and there you can have several restaurant options. Buffet breakfast has big manu and items are all fresh. Hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful .
E	Edward Rodrigues on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent hotel with underground parking at €12 a day. Room is excellent with air conditioning and heating. Rooms have balconies that you could chill out on. There is a bar and coffee house on the ground level. Breakfast is €16 per person. Great reception and very helpful. And there is a supermarket right next to the hotel Billa market

The room had no telephone to inform reception that my shower has a problem at 23:00 oclock (could not change the direction of water from below to Top shower, but only a quarter of water passed to top shower, Room #220, night 8.10.2020). so I took a shower hardly and left the place at morning.
