★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel. Very comfortable; lovely staff. Highly recommended. Only problem is getting into town is a 20 minute walk or around €9 in a cab.

Room services is not available 24 hrs.
No laundry, they will take it to outside local laundry with very very high price.
Rooms are clean and neat
Air conditioning is good but remote control is fixed by screw in the wall !!
Swimming pole is nice and there is good sauna.... apple is everywhere in hotel .
Gym is just small room.
Restaurant is just ok.
Price in comparison to quality is high
Services could be better.
Staff is soo friendly though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant hotel with friendly staff. I got a room overlooking a background parking, so it was calm during the night, no sounds from traffic. There is a small spa and fitness area, I was the only person there in the morning. There is also a nice garden with a restoration. Breakfast was delicious, great variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, beautiful rooms and hotel. Breakfast was complete with everything that you would want. Location was very central but also quite, leafy and pleasant. Free parking helped our stay feel relaxed and the pool was clean and modern. The room was very comfortable, quite and spotless! The staff were helpful, friendly and all spoke fluent English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and cozy hotel themed in a nostalgic 1960s style, friendly staff spacious warm rooms (sound proofed). The traditional luxury in the name is well deserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great! It has a very pleasant atmosphere in the centerof Graz near the University and the City Park.
I loved the little but well equipped spa and gym. Breakfast is on the basic end, but you find all you need there. The room is also very comfy and welcoming. Receptionists are top... I guess the management is too. :)
