★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in the vicinity of the old city centre. There are many top notch restaurants and bars around. The staff is friendly. I was accommodated in 10b room. It was clean and orderly. It was equipped with mobile air conditioning, tv, minbar, safety deposit box. There was hair drier in the bathroom. The breakfast was especially tasty, I do recommend buttery croissants, extremely sweet melons and bread with six different sorts of Liptauer cheese. I also had an opportunity to see amazing Suite, Nr. 6. Every room has a personal touch. Anyway I disliked my green coloured room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel in an excellent central location. Every important sights are within walking distance. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but within 5 minutes walking (in beautiful downtown area) you can leave your car in a safe and well maintained parkhaus, which you can pay directly to the hotel. Price is reasonable (15EUR/ 24 hours). Breakfast is excellent, wide range of delicacies, fresh, coffee is great, you can even order whatever you prefer (ham&eggs, spiegelei, etc..).
Rooms are spacious, and clean, beds are comfy. I do recommend this place if you want to stay in downtown Graz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is just awesome! From the nondescript facade one might just wonder if it could really house that many guests. Got a family sized room and the place was just huge! Everything was well prepared when we arrived. Toilet even had its own steam sauna! There's no parking available but you should stop in front of the hotel to unload your baggage and get a valid ticket from their reception for entry to a designated car park just a short distance away. The location is really central in the old town where you can walk to almost every tourist stop around the area. Great restaurant also in the hotel or choose to try any other cafes in the nearby area. Overall I'll rate this place highly for its great value for money accommodation and location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel close to the city center. Good breakfast in the morning, staff was helpful and friendly. I need to pay particular praise to Julien (sp?) who was so very kind when we lost the parking ticket for the garage. The room was clean and very stylish; if possible, rent the 2 bedroom with the balcony...amazing. A very pleasant stay.

The three main members of staff, General Manager, Commercial Director and Duty Manager went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and friendly; a service that'll ensure I return. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back.
