★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was amazing. Extremely helpful at every request. The room was clean and hotel kept up very well. Worth the money and economical for the area. Only negatives include headboard kind of dirty with stains, some lights. Not working or bulbs out. Great to stay and staff welcoming

This hotel really is a gem, fabulous facilities and wonderful staff who were all so welcoming and helpful. The rooftop pool was fantastic and the Black spa wonderful when we had a rainy day. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit to Kitzbuhel. Thoroughly deserves the 5 stars in my review .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it. Spent the night driving from Belgium to Croatia, very impressed by the mountain-surrounded rooftop pool, proper spa below, tidy place, good rooms. Staff was very professional and friendly. Electric car was taken care of and waiting fully charged on checkout. Enjoyed it so much we stayed again on our way back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate at the hotel restaurant, light lunch. Great view from the outdoor seating of the Hahnenkam and cable cars going up.
Friendly service staff. Food is typically Austrian. Well prepared salad and kids had beef soup with pancake strips. Everyone left feeling satisfied.
