★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon accueil ! Les hôtes sont de bons conseils et très agréables, endroit cosy. Certes un peu cher mais idéal pour se dépayser quelques jours. Je recommande ce lieu.
 Very nice home ! The hosts are good advice and very pleasant, cozy place. Certainly a bit expensive but ideal for a change of scenery a few days. I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes kleines Hotel im Herzen von Kitzbühel. Mann ist schnell in der Innenstadt und auch für Rucksacktouristen die mit der Bahn kommen gut zu erreichen. Saubere freundliche Zimmer und nettes Personal. Schöner kleiner Frühstücksraum mit gutem Bueffett. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Nice little hotel in the heart of Kitzbühel. It is quick to get to the city center and also easy to reach for backpackers who come by train. Clean, friendly rooms and nice staff. Nice small breakfast room with a good buffet. We recommend.

Es stehen nicht ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung! Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht. Dies wird online anders versprochen. Wenn man einen Parkplatz gefunden hat, wird man nach kurzer Zeit zugeparkt. Ein spontanes wegfahren ist nicht möglich. Dies ist mit viel Arbeit und Kommunikation verbunden. Nachdem man die Gastgeberin höflich bittet, den Fahrweg frei zu machen, reagiert sie schnippisch und genervt.

There are not enough parking spaces available! The parking situation is very bad. This is promised differently online. If you have found a parking space, you will be parked after a short time. Spontaneously driving away is not possible. This involves a lot of work and communication. After you politely ask the hostess to clear the road, she reacts snippy and annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls on reception absolutely fantastic,helpful polite and charming.The place needs an upgrade,dull,dark and boring,BUT the beds were comfortable and everything worked well ,shower etc.parking right outside was super and the Billa supermarket opposite great for self caterers.The family who own Johanna are the best hoteliers in Kitzbuhel ,and have only just bought it .It will be great once they refurbish it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clean hotel. We thought it would be an apartment given the photos that were on booking, but it was just a small room with a bathroom. There is a common room though where you can hang out and have free coffee which is nice.
The room was cleaned very thoroughly every morning. I wish I would have a cleaninglady like that at home!
Location is perfect, the cozy centre is around the corner and the skibus stops every 30min right outside. If you like to walk on ski boots you could also consider walking 5min to get to the skilift.
Overall we had a nice stay.
Oh and if you're from Holland and like to apres ski a lot, maybe Kitzbühel isn't the best choice. Go to Kirchberg instead!
