★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely small and wonderfully placed hotel and we had a superb view from our bedroom balcony. Veronica and Claus are brilliant hosts and give a very personal service, whether it be guidance and maps and every last detail about what to do and where to go, or taking your plates away as part of the waiting staff. They were always available and took an interest in what we were doing each day, in fact they make a good holiday into a great one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hosts and staff make you feel right at home and make this a wonderful and quirky place to stay. They encourage you to pack food for lunch up the mountain and were entertaining, friendly and professional. They even saw us onto the bus when we left. Will definitely be staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here last week and staff very absolutely superb very attentive and made you feel very welcome by Klaus and Veronika on arrival and also throughout the stay. Excellent location near to everything in the village. Food was delicious with plenty each meal. Rooms were great and had everything you needed in them. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Kitzbühel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location just a short walk from the gondola and town. The hotel is quirky and charming however it's the attentiveness of Klaus, Veronika and their staff that elevate this place. They couldn't do more to make our stay and trip as enjoyable as possible. Food options were good and of decent quality, I would definitely consider staying here again if returning to Kitzbuhel.

Lovely warm reception on arrival.
Uber friendly and professional run family hotel.
Food great, house wines v good both red and white.
5 mins walk to hannenkamm skilift/ train station so v well situated.
Sauna with window looking out onto mountains - v v nice.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the perfect hotel in every way. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have never experienced service as good as we did here.
The food is simply amazing. My daughter is completely gluten free and they catered for her with absolutely no trouble.
The rooms are immaculate and the beds very comfortable.
The location is perfect for skiing, you are really close to the lifts.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If I could give more than 5*, I would.
