M	Michael Goergen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und absolut angemessen. Das Essen war gut und die Mitarbeiter haben sich wunderbar um die Gäste gekümmert. Die Lage des Hotel ist grandios, man sieht aus dem Fenster die zentrale Silvrettabahn, so dass man sehr schnell dort ist. Was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war das späte Frühstück. Es gab ab 8 Uhr Frühstück und wenn man um 8:30 Uhr am Lift sein möchte, ist das nicht möglich. Daher 1 Stern Abzug aber bei diesem Thema ticken andere Gäste vielleicht anders. Our stay at this hotel was very nice. The rooms are large, clean and perfectly adequate. The food was good and the staff took great care of the guests. The location of the hotel is terrific, you can see the central Silvrettabahn from the window, so you can get there very quickly. What I didn't like at all was the late breakfast. Breakfast was from 8 a.m. and if you want to be at the lift at 8:30 a.m., that is not possible. Therefore 1 star deduction but other guests may think differently on this topic.
z	zerni zerni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes Haus. Die Zimmergrösse war der abolute Hammer ,hatten zwei Zimmer u.waren beide sehr gross u.extreme sauber. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit am Abend etwas zu essen. Ein Menü u.eine kleine Abendkarte zu normalen Preisen, die Wiener Schnitzel waren riesig u sehr gut ! Kommen auf jeden fall wieder. Very nice house. The size of the room was absolutely amazing, had two rooms and were both very large and extremely clean. There is also the possibility to have something to eat in the evening. A menu and a small evening menu at normal prices, the Wiener Schnitzel were huge and very good! Definitely come back.

Perfectly located hotel in the middle of ischgl. friendly people and staff. Breakfast good, but could be a little more varied. would definitely like to come back.
M	Mary-Roos Nijs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First the good things: - Great location - Spacious and very nice rooms - Very clean - perfect ski room - Tasty and delicious soups at dinner We were there with an organized ski trip: - Staff and especially the young boss was unfriendly and even rude at times. - Some people and even children left hungry from the diner. Very small portions: After a few days people asked extra portions which we received but not with a smile. - Breakfast was very basic and no variation. No fresh fruit salad. Only once in thet week we received croissants. You needed to be first at breakfast to have enough choice. It seemed that the young boss (man) always was in a very bad mood. Due to the unfriendliness and negative staff atmosphere, we will choose an other hotel the next time in Ischgl.
