I	It's me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, Badezimmer mit sehr großer Dusche. Die durchglegene Matratze muss dringend ausgetauscht werden, hier ist in der Mitte eine richtige Kuhle in die man nach dem hineinliegen richtig hinenrollt. Durch die Nähe zum Kuhstall ist Lärmbelästigung vorprogrammiert auch empfiehlt es sich, wegen sehr früher morgendlicher Aufräumarbeiten bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu schlafen. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und auch der Kleine aber feine Wellnessbereich ist sehr ansprechend. Wünschenswert wäre eine Türe zum Ruheraum um wirklich zur Ruhe zu kommen, da man dort den kompletten Lärm aus dem Sauna- Whirlpoolbereich abbekommt. Tolle Lage, nur paar Meter zur Silvrettabahn. Rooms are very well equipped, bathroom with a very large shower. The worn-out mattress urgently needs to be replaced, there is a real hollow in the middle that you really roll into after lying down. Due to the proximity to the cowshed, noise pollution is inevitable. It is also advisable to sleep with the windows closed because of the very early morning clean-up work. Breakfast buffet is very good and the small but nice wellness area is very appealing. It would be desirable to have a door to the relaxation room in order to really relax, since you get all the noise from the sauna and whirlpool area there. Great location, just a few meters from the Silvrettabahn.

Niko ist ein super netter Hotelbesitzer wo sich auch mal Zeit für seine Gäste nimmt. Wir freuen uns schon wieder auf das nächste Jahr. L	Le na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sogar noch besser als erwartet! das habe ich tatsächlich noch in keinem hotel so erleben dürfen. das zimmer war bedeutend größer als auf den Fotos, noch dazu mit riesen Terasse und ausgezeichnetem Frühstücksbuffet. Der Wellnessbereich ist vielfältig und einfach nur perfekt um nach einem Skitag zu entspannen. Die Gondel ist noch dazu wirklich direkt vor der Türe. ich würde gerne mehr Sterne als nur 5 geben. wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Danke für die entspannte Zeit Even better than expected! I have actually never been able to experience that in any hotel. The room was significantly larger than in the photos, with a huge terrace and an excellent breakfast buffet. The wellness area is varied and just perfect to relax after a day of skiing. The gondola is really right in front of the door. I would like to give more stars than just 5. we will definitely come back. Thanks for the relaxing time

Каждый раз заходя в отель вам нужно пройти через накуренный бар, и объяснять охраннику что вы идете не в бар, а что вы живёте в отеле, так как он просит показать ковидный паспорт. Спа зоной можно пользоваться если вас не смущает смотреть на гинеталии немцев и австрийцев, так как они все сидят там голые. Лично меня от этого просто выворачивает, и то что за уплаченные деньги я не могу пользоваться спа зоной очень напрягает. В такого типа отеле больше не остановимся. The hotel has good breakfast, clean room. That's all. Every time you enter the hotel, you need to go through a smoky bar and explain to the guard that you are not going to a bar, but that you live in a hotel, as he asks to show a covid passport. The spa area can be used if you are not embarrassed to look at the genitals of the Germans and Austrians, since they are all sitting there naked. Personally, this just makes me sick, and the fact that for the money I paid I can’t use the spa area is very annoying. We will not stay at this type of hotel again.

Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und echt gemütlich, das Frühstück ist genial, der Skikeller ist sehr angenehm groß, die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Hotel macht einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen!!!! I am absolutely thrilled with the Hotel 'Ferienglück'! The rooms are modern, clean and really comfortable, the breakfast is great, the ski cellar is very pleasantly large, and the location is unbeatable. The hotel makes a very friendly impression and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! I would book it again in a heartbeat !!!!

Positives; - Amazing location, you won't find better - For European standards, the breakfast was amazing - Very clean and modern - At face-value, generally speaking, staff were friendly - Big rooms and strong Wi-Fi everywhere - Easy and secure ski storage - Spa was surprisingly good with different types of experiences and areas Negatives; - Pillows are uncomfortable and no alternatives avaliable - Reception closes completely at 9pm - The English language doesn't seem to be a priority in this hotel. None of the staff speak English well (at the last the 6 or so we encountered) and almost none of the signage is in English - including the booklet in your room - Rudeness by one of the staff members, as the in-room signage isn't in English we called early morning to ask when breakfast started and she snapped back and said "You woke me up to ask me this question?!" Summary; - An excellent hotel very well located in Ischgl. If you don't need the English language and are happy sleeping on a meter square irritatingly soft reading pillow then this is the hotel for you.

Decent wellness centre Austrian style (adults-only don't pack your budgie smugglers), excellent boot room and very friendly service all round. Carpark underneath if you call ahead. Couldn't fault it. We will return.

Spa was very good with different steam bath, saunas, jacussy and good relaxation room. The hotel is right next to gondola. All family really enjoyed our stay and would return one day!
