β β β β β In general it is very average 5* hotel. Service is not attentive and mostly snobbish.
They hide yogurt and bottled juices in the kitchen, keeping just one on the table ?ββοΈ. Manager says that it is unusual to take more then one on the table (we are 7ppl with kids).
Breakfast is buffet style and pretty poor, no variety and no extra menue. Sausage and egg, same things for the whole week.
Dinners are pretty sad, I opted for dinner in the room and was surprised with 10eur "service fee" for room service. Literally, every time you order something to your room they will charge you for this. Feels that I am not a guest but a money-cow to milk.
Well, at least they dont charge for elevator-pass. Oops, I gave management an idea... ?

β β β β β We have been staying here in January, 2020. It is one of the best ski resort hotels I have ever visited. Location is marvelous (just at the slope, albeit the way to lifts is quite annoying), food is splendid and service is excellent. Once the epidemiological situation improves, would love to visit this place again.

We stayed at their highly recommended chalet nearby Ischgl and it seemed nothing was tested, no WiFi, no lights, no sauna.
We talked to the staff members, all utterly friendly and helpful but it took two days and then some of it worked some not
Here in this chalet one must be careful with the walls made out of raw wood, got three splinters in 4 days β¦
Food in the standard restaurant is nice to have but nothing special, photo shows their tomato mozzarella creation
gourmet restaurant was ok though they forgot our booking and we had to sit alone in their βStubeβ
Good wine selection
Very clean and good bathroom amenities, all thumbs up for housekeeping

β β β β β The hotel and the staff were amazing, also the room. The location couldn't be better, "Ski-in but not out, still it was only 120 meters to the ski condole.
The Halfboard food was a bit of a disappointment for us, perhaps they could raise the price and the quality of the food ...
The Spa was very good;
+ Pool was warm with many features.
+ The size of the Spa was just right, not too big, not too small.
+ Massage was also good, I should have chosen the "Sport massage"..
- Pool could have been reaching outside and it would have been nice to be able to order drinks to the spa area pool.
The village itself was okay, one street to walk with some ski shops, not so much to see but we came to ski. Cousy and the sun reached the village just perfectly after skiing.

Everything was perfect -
the room(clean and beautiful) ,
the spa(best massage I ever had.. ), especially the service at the reception and in the ski room.
The food was good most of the time. Personally, after a few days I felt that it was a little bit too heavy for me.
Overall I really recommend this place.
