J	James Floyd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been staying at this hotel for the past few years during which the hotel has gone through a number of changes. It is still owned and run by the Strolz family who are ever present. The rooms have been renovated to a quality standard with the obligatory Austrian twin. The food now is outstanding. It was never poor but the new chef is getting more adventurous and the evening choice now is very varied and you can't really go wrong. Downsides, it's a long walk to the Penken but it is very quite. We wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. As a family we highly recommend.

O	Oron Amit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are OK, though the old towels should be replaced ASAP. Wi-Fi isn't working if you are in the other building (what they call the Villa). Asking the owner to fix it didn't help, he kept saying it is free and SHOULD work, but it didn't, for a whole week. The food was good, the waiters are nice and welcoming. Location is not so good but during the skiing hours there's a skibus station nearby. The spa is good.
U	Ursula Jennings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a week here with Crystal holidays. Accommodation was old but spacious with plenty of storage and also well heated. Only downside was we were half board. Breakfast was as expected but dinner was disappointing with regard to my children. There was no option for children as in no kids menu. This was difficult when you have one fussy eater. One night my son only had chips. The staff were friendly and did try to accommodate us. Would recommend even having one or 2 kids dishes for travellers with little ones such as Spaghetti bolognese or chicken nuggets and chips

The food was extraordinary, having the possibility to choose from 3 types of main course for dinner, all extraordinary! For kids they prepared pasta or French fried patatoa, when we asked for with one night before. The rooms were pretty clean and spacious. A little problem with the heat in the apartment that we had, that was not solved. Pool and sauna are nice. Prices of drinks are decent. We get at the end of journey also food and chocolate for the road trip. Overall it was a very good deal,becouse it is also very close for slops.
E	Eddie May on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned from a week long Crystal ski holiday. The hotel is on the edge of town but that's a good thing if you want to get some sleep. The free ski bus is a 3 minute walk. We were 3 guys sharing a room - Austrian twin + single bed, with en-suite with a good shower. The room was just big enough, the décor a little dated, but perfectly adequate since we were rarely in the room for long. The room was a little too warm if anything. The rest of the hotel was much the same - clean but a little dated. There's no bar but you can get drinks served in the lounge. The food was excellent - four course evening meal & a good variety, with a vegetarian main option (not sure all the starters were vegetarian though). The pool is small - too small for a proper swim, but the water was cold - perfect for a swimming had the pool been larger! (There is no proper indoor swimming pool in the entire area apparently). The sauna/steam room is good - better than I'd expected. The garden is large & younger guests built snowmen to greet us. Would be a great place to enjoy the summer. The staff & service were excellent. All spoke enough English to get by & were friendly enough. Would I stay there again? Yes.
V	Virginia Best on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to stay. We have stayed here with our family for 10 years. Hans and his family are very welcoming, the rooms are comfortable each with a balcony looking at the mountains and the food is excellent. Photo is from our window as the sun sets.
