★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a skiing holiday and stayed at this hotel. It was really good the food was fantastic, has all the amenities you'd expect (sauna, steam room) it was a fantastic hotel I would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a meal here. Staff not overly friendly, seemed too busy. They use an electronic ordering system meaning I couldn't cancel a drink even though it was within seconds of ordering it. However food was very good and atmosphere pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good sized balconies and plenty storage space for clothes and equipment. The cleaners were also very thorough each day which makes a big difference to your holiday. Strangely no kettle and coffee in the rooms but admittedly never queried this at the reception.
Restaurant has excellent options for guests staying half/full board with a different meat/fish/vegetarian option each day. The staff are fantastic and the staff were very efficient and helpful.
The boot room by the main door has plenty space for equipment and drying stands for your boots and is accessible only with use of a room key.
The spa in the hotel is finished to a very high standard and has a number of different saunas and stream rooms available.
Overall regarded as a quiet hotel locally but is only 5 minutes walk from some of the main spots in the town. The ski bus stops right outside the door regularly but it's not much longer to walk the journey as we did most days.
Overall, a totally enjoyable experience that I would recommend for any visits to the town.

The Pramstraller Hotel is family owned and run, Mr Pramstraller is an excellent chef and shows true pride in the family business.
Nothing is too much trouble and they all speak good English.
