Ana in the bar is so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Thank you all for a lovely holiday.

Loved how the chambermaid had folded the duvets differently each day! Food was excellent and plentiful after a hard day out on the slopes. If we comeback to Mayrhofen, this will be our choice.

In addition the hotel offers an indoor / outdoor pool all year round with the spa ♨ area just adjacent for massages of all kinds. Generally breakfast ? and dinner are part of the package. The rooms are spacious and rustic. The centre of town is 5 minutes away at the most offering more bars, restaurants and shops.

M	Michael Emery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly disappointed I had been liaising with a very friendly member of the reception staff called Rosi who helped me to organise accommodation for our group of 50 guests over a number of weeks. Once all the prices were confirmed and I received the final cost, I was asked to pay the deposit. I explained that I would need a bit of time to collect the money from the group and organise flights which I was told this would not be an issue. Less than a week later (and after I had received money from everyone and booked flights) they sent me an email saying they were cancelling the booking due to being double booked. They offered no support to help us find different accommodation and seemed to completely wash their hands of the situation. As a group, we are now going to loose thousands of pounds from our flight booking as we are unlikely to find alternative accommodation locally. I am sure it is a nice hotel but I could not be more annoyed with how they have handled this situation.
S	Steel Curcan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional hotel with a beautiful interior and relaxing ambient. The service is great and I would say the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen. Then the wellness area with the differen saunas and relaxing zones are great. Thanks for a perfect stay

A very cool hotel who definitely deserves it's 4 stars, I would give it 5 though. All in all I was very happy and hope to be back one day. Do be where that you need to be naked in the spa, it's a tradition. So for those who don't want to see their family naked maybe stay away from it. But it is pretty amazing so give it a shot anyway.
