They really worked around us and enabled us to enjoy the full stay at its fullest. We were here during the summer but I know where I will be staying next ski season.

All of the staff are so lovely - it feels like you're part of the family during your stay - but a special shout out goes to Christian for looking after us so well at mealtimes. The food is amazing and they handled the fact that one of our group had allergies really well. The refurbished spa is simply amazing and the massage therapist got rave reviews from everyone in our group!

The bus stop is right next to the entrance, which is very convenient for skiers and allows to reach the main Penkenbahen gondola in 5-10 minutes. From the hotel in 10 minutes walk you can reach the forest with wonderful paths for walking. The hotel has a separate heated ski and boot drying room. The SPA area consists of beautiful new saunas, relaxation and massage rooms, as well as a beautiful pool - jacuzzi with outside view. Breakfasts and dinners are distinguished by a wide variety, very tasty and high-class chefs work! Excellent services on all hotel fields. We really liked the professionally and pleasant staff - just creating a cozy atmosphere. Thank you so much for hospitality! Looking forward to the next meeting!
R	Robert Buckland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Family run Hotel with all the facilities you need. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice, as was the evening meal. Good location for main town. Buy stops directly outside if you need it. The train station is a short distance down the road, giving access to the rest of the valley and where the buses stop for the Tux Glacier. Staff where very friendly and knew what they where doing. Rooms where visited daily for cleaning. It's a well run Hotel.
R	Ryan Kerr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second stay. We were there for 2 weeks for Xmas and New Year. The staff are so welcoming and friendly it feels like coming home. The food is incredible and is comparable to the finest restaurants I have ever eaten in. Our room had just been renovated and was beautiful whilst retaining the charm of the building. The spa was fabulous and a welcome break after a day on the slopes. In terms of location the hotel is amazing! I really cannot wait to go back again next year! Ryan and Lee
