s	saurabh3739 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and bathroom was clean and nice. From Salzburg hbf( südtiroler platz), you can take bus no 1 and get down at salzburg reichenhaller straße. It is approx 8 stops. It is better to buy tickets from automatic ticker machine at bus stops. One side ticket is 2 Eur and whole day ticket is 4 Eur. The ticket cost is a little more if you buy from the bus driver. The reception is in one building and the rooms are in another building just across the street. So, you will have to collect hotel keys from the reception and cross the road to go to your hotel room. The staff is also helpful and friendly.
G	Gabriela Alexe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not empty our TRASH CANS IN JUNE WITH 26 DEGREES OUTSIDE OR MAKE OUR BEDS! This is inacceptabile for a 3 star hotel or any other sort!! To get back in your room in JUNE, 26 DEGREES OUTSIDE and to smell your GARBAGE! SHAME ON YOU, WE PAID 87 EUROS PER NIGHT AND YOU DO NOT ENTER OUR ROOM TO MAKE THE BEDS OR THROW THE GARBAGE ?!?!?! Also the room needs a serious makeover. Please see the photos and the receptionist could change her attitude to be a little nicer to her guests.. When we got here we only had one set of towels. For a double room it is kind of weird to call for a second set.. Overall I do wonder why didn't they do their damn job?! (In the photos you can see also thay the shower is no working properly)

It is advertised nicely, but the rooms are so old and sad that you have to make sure not to stay in the room fro more than a couple hours if you do not want to get seriously depressed. It is a post-industrial building left the the 60s. Do not get confused from the lobby of the Neutor Hotel that is opposite to this building. The lobby of the Neutor Express is a dusty warehouse with two vending machines. The worst part is the cleaning service that is below average. they left dirty sheets and used towels for days. i had to complain to get a fresh towel from the reception of the Neutor Hotel.

The hotel had two buildings, we stayed in the outdated building across the road from the reception. Rooms were hot with no AC or fan. Lots of traffic noise so couldn’t have door open. Would not recommend this one.

The towels are used probably 1000 times as you can see through of them. And next to this the staff communication and welcoming is critical

It doesn't have parking in the venue. If It is weekend, you can park in the street freely. There is a paying one in front of the Hotel. The interior is austere with some lights don't working. Breakfast is a little bit pricy for what It is offered.
S	Stefan Jönsson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This belongs to the 4 most boring/bad hotels I have stayed on, world wide. Linnen are clean, distance = 10 min walk to downtown is good. Bad and unclear welcoming, no clear answer if I can park or not on their ground. Bed is worn out, you feel the springs, room and walls are worn. All this with respect to the price 130 EUR, if the price was 50 EUR I should not complain.
