★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know about the rest of the rooms, but please avoid room 115. Extremly noisy. Never happened at another hotel before, but here I got woken up in the middle of the night each time someone from another room was flushing or taking a shower. Also, room is next to the elevator. And the view...well, in the picture is the explanation why I didn't get any cellphone reception in the room. Also, wifi is not free in this hotel. In 2021.
First time in Vienna for me and I really don't understand how is this a 3 stars hotel. The reason why I gave it two stars is because of the location, which is convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel could not accommodate us because of the situation imposed by the Austrian government. They refused to cancel our booking because of their situation and lied to us that we would lose our money if we don't change the dates. Booking intervened and we got the full refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a room via Booking. Because of the lockdown in Austria, we had to cancel. The hotel refused to cancel our booking in order to get a refund. They told us that the only solution was to change the booking date, which was not true, Booking helped us and we got a full refund.

They send letter with empty, addressed envelope and instructions how to get 6309175CZK. It is clear they exploit elderly people. Warn your parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weather was very cold but inside the hotel was warm and comfy . The room was spacious and very clean . They cleaned our room everyday . Wifi was very good . Location very good , tram and metro very near . The recepsionist during the day was very helpful and had quite a lot of knowledge. I would love to return there.

The customer service is top notch and rooms have been very nice, my room was cleaned everyday and the hotel is close to the trains and food. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice hotel to give the Mozart hotel a chance while in Vienna.
