★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaum Entgegenkommen und keine Flexibilität. Ein Kurs wurde wegen Corona vom Semester in den Sommer verlegt. Komplett neue Umstände wurden einfach ignoriert, Gutschein für das nächste Semester wurde nicht ermöglicht und blockiert. Die halbe restliche Kursgebühr wurde schlichtweg einbehalten, obwohl die Leistung nicht erbracht wurde! Eine "Förderung" von Kultur und Kleinunternehmern ohne Leistungserbringung wurde auf eine boden- und schamlose Art erzwungen und erwartet, eine Frechheit!
Hardly any accommodation and no flexibility. One course was moved from the semester to the summer due to Corona. Completely new circumstances were simply ignored, vouchers for the next semester were not enabled and were blocked. Half of the remaining course fee was simply withheld, although the service was not provided! A "promotion" of culture and small business owners without service provision was forced and expected in a bottomless and shameless way, a cheek!
