K	Karen R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a total pleasure to hosted at this hotel, a real good experience, good and complete breakfast. I have o put on the top the excellent service of receptionists, specially the girl who registered us, she spoke Spanish with us, Italian with the next guests and German on the phone, what a good to know someone so ready to attend all the languages. Although the ambiance of the hotel and the room were a little vintage, all was clean and comfortable. I recommend a lot the hotel.
A	Ariel Marek Pihl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were good things about this hotel: the staff in particular were excellent. The room was large and the the location convenient. But I would not stay again. The bad was the things that matter most to me in a hotel, which is how nice it is to sleep there. The bed was uncomfortable, the blanket not very nice quality. The linens had some stains. Occasionally the room smelled of cigarette smoke (perhaps from the ventilation). And although you wouldn't think this would be a problem in January: the entire hotel was much too warm. We put the thermostat down to 15, but it remained 25+ in the room unless the window was open.
O	Oana Porumb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved it here. Even though we stayed in an economy room, it didn't feel like that. The lady in charge of cleaning came everyday to change our bedsheets. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

First of all on arrival the receptionist was on his phone, he didn't even look at us before checking the bookings. On the other hand, the room that they gave us looks nothing to the one I booked nor to the description. For example it was supposed to be a big bed (22m2) with entrance including a sofa that is kinda separate from the bedroom, but instead we get a really small room with very small beds which btw weren't clean at all. Not to mention that room service was horrible too. They didn't change towels or bed sheets. I mean that's the minimum come on. I had much better experiences in a 3 ⭐ hotels. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Besides that Vienna is AWESOME!

I faced problem after problem: problems with the reservation, problems with the rooms conditions, pour cleaning, could barely find anyone at the reception, amount others. I had certain expectations because I opted to go for a hotel and get a certain level of service, had a terrible experience.

It's impossible to check in or get help after 8pm because there's literally NO staff in the hotel. I chose to pay at the reception, and when I called them that I needed staff to get me the room key to check in, they asked me for my credit card details in the phone and tried to convince me that is safe to give credit card details over the phone. This sounds so much like a scam. When I asked why can't they charge in the next morning at the reception, they said they have to charge us first before giving us the room. As a so-called "4 star hotel", this sounds ridiculous with the lack of reception support and the lack of customer privacy sense. Many hotels charge when guests check out. Besides, if they have no one at the reception, how the hel can they give us the key?!?!
A	A W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is impossible to get any help during your stay. Their reception only opens from 12 to 8 with 1 person and too busy to hear your problems with your room. Calling before 12 means someone will pick up your call but doesn't even work at this hotel and can't do anything for you. Calling after 12 means you will have to call many times and wait for a long time for someone to pick up the call and quickly hung up on you before you finish your sentence. Perhaps this helps you understand why the low price The breakfast is really good though, amazing fresh pastries.
