Kommen gerne wieder! very exclusive modern Vienna apartment for all the senses, very clean and beautiful, the light shows were great, the sparkling wine in the fridge, the whirlpool a dream! We'd love to come again!
D	D H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach tolle Spielzimmer immer sauber.... sind schon mehrmals dort gewesen und in 2 Wochen sind wir wieder Gast im SM Zimmer..Immer nett und freundlich von Fr. Conny betreut... Reservierung einfach per whatsapp und alles klappt.. Jeden zu empfehlen der einmal was besonderes erleben möchte... Just great playrooms always clean.... have been there several times and in 2 weeks we will be guests again in the SM room.. Always nice and friendly looked after by Mrs. Conny... Reservation simply via whatsapp and everything works.. Everyone recommend to anyone who wants to experience something special...

I haven't been there quite often for a while, but unfortunately not enough time, but I will come back and recommend: great value for money...owner very friendly, apartment very clean with attention to detail...very discreet, also as a gift, great idea...thank you very much again...

Dennoch 2 Sterne für die gute Ausstattung The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. 270 euros for one night, for less than 24 hours For this price, not even the service fits - extremely unfriendly But apparently the market is missing, the competition, ... Still 2 stars for the good facilities
S	Silber Adler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde diese Apartments auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Man wird bereits am Telefon wie "Dreck" behandelt, was in meinen Augen für einen miserablen Service hindeutet. Sehr enttäuschend, da eigentlich die Zimmer auf den Bildern ansprechend aussehen, geplant war eine kleine Feier für 4Personen, kein Excess usw. Ganz normal, trotzdem wird man am Telefon mies behandelt, auch zieht sich das negative weiter über die Homepage. Leider werden dort sehr irreführende Informationen aufgelistet, „Private Party“ möglich steht dort um nur einen Sachverhalt zu schildern. Doch die Anfrage wurde uns verwehrt, da man dort mit sowas nichts zutun haben will, dort werden laut eigener Aussage nur Swinger und Sexpartys gestattet. Also alles in allem, eine riesen Enttäuschung, eigentlich ein tolles Potential was aber durch falsch Infos und einen schrecklichen Service zerschlagen wird. Nein Danke. Dann lieber ein Hotel wo man auch als Gast behandelt wird. I would definitely not recommend these apartments. You are already treated like "dirt" on the phone, which in my opinion indicates poor service. Very disappointing, because the rooms actually look appealing in the pictures, a small party was planned for 4 people, no excess, etc. Quite normal, but you are treated badly on the phone, and the negative continues on the homepage. Unfortunately, very misleading information is listed there, "Private party" is possible there to describe only one issue. But the request was denied to us because they don't want to have anything to do with that. According to their own statement, only swingers and sex parties are allowed there. So all in all, a huge disappointment, actually a great potential, which is smashed by wrong information and terrible service. No thank you. Then prefer a hotel where you are treated as a guest.

Die eigentümer sind der Wahnsinn und so was von zuvorkommend,.. danke nochmal es wird nicht das letzte mal sein,.. lg Experience in itself, the whole weekend we had a suite, insiders know their way around,... The owners are amazing and so accommodating,... Thanks again, it won't be the last time,... LG
H	Helmut Kreuzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren Gestern das erste Mal da., hatten die SM Suite gebucht. Wenn schon dann aber ordentlich! Tolles Service vom Anfang bis Ende. Extrem sauber, Mega Ausstattung an Möbel und "Spielzeug", da bleibt kein Auge trocken und natürlich auch keine ...... Absolute Privatspähre wird geboten. Das angenehme dabei ist kein Kontakt zum Vermieter, also absolut Anonym sollte wer bedenken haben. Was there yesterday for the first time, had booked the SM suite. If so, then properly! Great service from start to finish. Extremely clean, mega equipment of furniture and "toys", there is no dry eye and of course no ...... Absolute privacy is offered. The pleasant thing about this is that there is no contact with the landlord, so anyone should be absolutely anonymous.
A	Anna Kastenmeier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem überall auf der Internetseite steht, dass man hier auch privat Partys machen kann (auch nur im kleinem Rahmen) habe ich angerufen und sehr höflich und freundlich nochmal nachgefragt. Die Antwort war aber eher kurz und knapp "nein das geht nicht". Ich wollte eigentlich nochmal nachfragen warum das denn nicht gehe, nachdem wie gesagt überall damit geworben wurde. Aber das waren dem Herrn an der anderen Leitung anscheinend zu viele Fragen. Das Service am Telefon könnte wirklich netter sein wenn man sich einfach nur erkundigen will und nirgendwo steht, dass man keine privat Partys mehr machen kann. After all available on the website that you can do here and private parties (even in small scale) I called and very polite and friendly again demand. The answer, however, was rather short and sweet "no, that's not". I wanted to ask again why they not go after as I said was advertised everywhere. But those were the Lord on the other line seems too many questions. The phone service could be really nice if you just want to inquire and nowhere is that you can not make private parties more.
