Arthotel ANA Katharina I Wien - Augasse 15

Good: - Hotel very well located in terms of transportation and with a supermarket nearby. - Very good breakfast and variety to choose from. Quite tasty. - Paulina, at the reception, very kind and helpful. Bad: - Poor lighting. No overhead lights to illuminate the entire room, just small lamps next to each bed. - A single elevator, for staff and residents. - Little care about COVID.

The worst experience in my life. The canalization system is stinking and the toilet was extremely dirty. Noise isolation is really at zero level. One can hear everything others doing - chatting, tv watching. Blankets are either old or they were simply dirty. I always felt like something is touching… and then slicing on the top is for sure noise of tram outside. I would never suggest this place to anyone. Believe me.

Highly recommended place to stay in Vienna, not the most central location but it is very well connected and you're no more than a couple of stops away by metro and tram. Staff were all very nice and happy to help with any queries. The breakfast was very complete and tasty, it's definitely worth getting. Our room was a good size with bath / shower and the beds very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate about staying again!

Their attention to Ukrainian refuges, not only my family, have been remarkable. Your hotel was a first stop for them after days of hell leaving Ukraine. They felt so welcome and had a chance to relax and get back on their feet before continuing their journey. Great location! The breakfast has a little bit of everything, and it's really tasty. The room temperature and cleaness are very good. I would recomend it to couples who are visiting Vienna.

Clean, comfortable, cheap and fantastic breakfast, a better one, in fact, than I've had in hotels who charge twice as much. Definitely worth it. Will stay here next time I come to Vienna.

Liked · Breakfast very good; room cleaned and arranged every day, the cleaning person is very dedicated; very quiet street, tramways only from 5 to 23. The Manager was very helpful while we arrived too early and imediately arranged a bigger room for the same price. Disliked · Breakfast lacks alternance.

Very warm place and the room was quite comfortable, regarding the space and the cleaning! The receptionists were very kind and helpful!! The breakfast had many choices for every stomach!! The location was also very good; there is a tram station outside the hotel and a metro station at a distance of 3 minutes on foot!! We will certainly stay again!
