★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no reception past 8 which is not what it says, we also had ants in our bathroom, there is only 1 hairdryer for the whole hotel and there is no wifi in the rooms. The rooms were very good though including the shower and there is a nice little cafe in the reception area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO THERE! So rude on the phone. Got wrong dates reserved and they just didn't help and took all of my money for all nights! I've never had something like that, whatever you do, don't go to this hotel!!

- Room are cramped and way smaller than advertised (bed takes 90% of space)
- No intimacy (see through curtains and entire building looking down onto our bed)
Great for one person, wouldn’t recommend for couples.

To the owners :
GET AN AIR CONDITIONER!!!
170 euros per night and no Air condition, it's not right.
The review would be better if the room wasn't like sauna.
I guess in winter is better.

Two complains
1) Where is there a front desk person (check-in)? It seems to all be virtual.
2) I was asked to pay a mysterious 20 euro "Expedia Service Charge" BE WARNED AND ASK THEM TO EXPLAIN THIS CHARGE, BECAUSE I STILL DONT KNOW SINCE EXPEDIA DOESNT CHARGE ANY FEES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and beautiful small rooms. Huge disadvantage that the parking is extra charged. I do not know if this happens in other hotels in Salzburg, but the rest of the hotels we booked during our road trip in Austria never charged us for the parking space.
