- nice and calm location, close to main station, nice walk along the river to the historic city center
- friendly staff, good service, breakfast included, good breakfast selection
- nice rooms to spend time and eat breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend this place, if you have a dog. One day they will let you stay and a few days after, different person on reception and it is not possible anymore. Disgusting behavior and very mean customer service. Shame, the other shift was great and I was really happy, but after this? Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with a boutique feel to it. Location perfect for us, quiet while only a short scenic walk to the center. The parking included is a real plus. Very well run hotel, friendly staff and owners. Breakfast was ample with good coffee. Next time in Salzburg I would gladly book here again.

The lady who greeted us at the front desk went above and beyond.
The hotel is very cozy: has an older style and deviates a bit from the two-three color same looking rooms that is the norm nowadays.
We liked this very much!
Also, we recommend the breakfast as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room was big, perfectly cleaned and the owner makes you feel like home. So cozy and comfy room with a lot of sun if you like it in the morning. Very close to the train station if you are a train traveller. The breakfast was super tasty with quality choices. It's an old building yes, but it's totally valued for money if you check the prices in Salzburg. Thank you for everything ?
