★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is great. The rooms have a great view and nice beds but have open bathrooms, can be a problem for some people. There's a swimming pool, playroom and a massage salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice accomodation, combination of traditional interior (e.g. beautifull woodsculpture in the dining room) and modern elements that creates a pleasing atmosphere. Large room (we choose one in the 'extention' part), bright with clean bathroom, and terasse. We appreciated the personal 'emphang', always friendly and considerate. After great walks in the beautifull Zillert-tal region, we enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool and relaxed in the welness facility. We started the day with a healthy breakfast (great buffet choice) and had excellent meals in the evening (very tastefull, with beer or wine from Austria).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. We have been going here for many years as of now and it is a really welcoming place for us. We are always accepted with open arms when we arrive and the customer service is great as well. Good food in the restaurant and the clean up crew also does a really good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel in excellent location with ski lift 1min away. Hotel food first class. Very clean, modern and hospitable family run hotel with different generations working together to provide the best experience. Spa and wellness brand new and really lovely. Gerlos ski area is very well connected with modern lifts. Would go back tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous place for family. My family stayed at this hotel for 5 days with the half-board and ski package. The staffs spoke English, and are warm, friendly, and accommodating. We knew them by first names and at end of the holiday we were sad to leave them.
Facilities wise they have a nice infinity like swimming pool looking out into the mountains and various saunas. Rooms were clean, warm, and spacious, even though it took a bit getting used to the door-less bathroom. Building has a nice decor.
Since we stayed with the half-board package the food choices weren't extensive but all the options are very well prepared and enough to satisfied our fussy eaters, kids.
The hotel is next to a ski rental shop, skiing lesson school office, and a lift up to the slopes. Very convenient.
Overall, we had an enjoyable time here and looking forward in coming back next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never felt so good and happy in a hotel! I would recommend Hotel Edelweiss in Gerlos to al my friends and family. So close to the ski lift and the people who work in the hotel are so friendly. Hotel rooms are clean and modern. Would love to come back!
