★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, comfortable wooden interior, fine dining and above average customer service are all attributes describing this family operated hotel in Gerlos.. If you would like to experience Austria's countryside in the winter, while skiing and get a flair of convenience, excellent food and amenities like ski shoe warmers for overnight, underground garage etc. this place will touch you. Prices are adequate.
If you are into fast food and minimalistic, spartan conditions, look somewhere else.
A sauna, hot steam and other facilities after a long cold day skiing, together with an afternoon snack, all included, have made my day many times over again.
Would recommend for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is probably one of the more simple ones in Gerlos. Not all too fancy. In return the prices are relatively low. Nevertheless the quality of the hotel is high.
You are located 5 minutes from a modern ski lift that takes you to around 2000m. Although there is no buffet in the evening, you’ll never go to bed hungry. The choice of food is low but very well-made, and staff are still flexible to specific wishes. The wellness area is decorated fancily and is well taken care of. The rooms are not big but big enough.
All in all not the fanciest hotel but good prices and great quality.

The hotel is close to the skilift, about 5 minutes walk. On the top you can start various hikes. You can rent mountain bikes in the store 2 minutes away.
