★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein kleines aber feines Hotel, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man zur Entspannung und Erholung braucht. Besonders zu erwähnen wäre die ausgezeichnete Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
 A small but fine hotel that is equipped with everything you need for relaxation and recreation. Special mention should be made of the excellent cuisine. We felt very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Kristall is een fijn en keurig hotel. Heerlijk ontbijt, ligt iets buiten het centrum. Perfecte service van centrale ski locker bij de dorfbahn skilift. Elke dag schone handdoeken en bed opgemaakt.
Hotel Kristall is a nice and neat hotel. Delicious breakfast, located slightly outside the center. Perfect service from central ski locker at the dorfbahn ski lift. Clean towels and bed made every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed hotel in het midden van Gerlos. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid en een bushalte voor de deur. De kamer was netjes en niks op aan te merken. Personeel is super vriendelijk en probeert je verblijf zo fantastisch mogelijk te maken. Alles is super verzorgd. Zeker een aanrader!
Good hotel in the middle of Gerlos. Plenty of parking and a bus stop in front of the door. The room was clean and nothing to complain about. Staff is super friendly and tries to make your stay as fantastic as possible. Everything is super taken care of. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super vriendelijk ontvangt! We werden elke dag in de watten gelegd, de dame maakt zeer veel tijd voor je zodat je niks te kort komt. Geen enkel minpunt aan dit verblijf. Je wandelt ook maar 5 minuten naar de skipiste en je kan je spullen daar kwijt in de lockers. Heel leuk dorpje. Zeker een aanrader. Wij hebben genoten!
Super friendly welcome! We were pampered every day, the lady makes a lot of time for you so that you are not short of anything. No negatives about this stay. You also only walk 5 minutes to the ski slope and you can store your belongings there in the lockers. Very nice village. Highly recommended. We enjoyed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was such a little gem. The town it was in was beautiful and so quaint. The staff were so acommodating and friendly at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and nice and clean. The hotel is on the river front and we were lucky enough to have a room with a view over this which was great. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice and fresh teas and coffee. We will definitely be back!
