Beraten hat uns tatsächlich, so wie es kommen musste, der besagte " kleine mit Cap und Brille " Fazit: - Top Beratung - sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter - Kompetent und geduldig Wir waren am 10.01.2019 im Shop um neue Snowboard Boots zu kaufen. Nach etlichen Versuchen welche zu finden sind wir in diesem Laden gelandet. Nach langen intensiven Gespräch ( der Mitarbeiter hat in diesem Fall sogar nach Ladenschluss noch Überstunden geleistet ). Haben wir einen Boot mitgenommen. Fazit nach drei Tagen Snowboarden: Wir haben endlich einen Schuh gefunden der nicht erst: "gebacken- gedehnt- angepasst- 3 Monate Gefahren werden oder mit Gelpads versorgt werden muss das er passt". Vielen Dank dafür Due to the negative rating just before, we were (we are German) unsure at all to go into the business. Advising us actually, as it had to come, the said "little cap and glasses" Conclusion: - Top advice - very friendly staff - Competent and patient We were on 10.01.2019 in the shop to buy new snowboard boots. After several attempts to find which we landed in this store. After a long intensive conversation (in this case, the employee has worked overtime even after closing time). Did we take a boat? Conclusion after three days snowboarding: We finally found a shoe that did not first: "baked - stretched - adjusted - 3 months to be dangers or supplied with gel pads that he fits". n	nelly mol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huur skies bij Dries! Super service. Skischoenen kopen, eerst proberen, bijstellen, dan pas betalen. Zeer gastvrij. Rent skis at Dries! great service. Buy ski boots, try them on, adjust them, then pay. Very welcoming.

Anpassungen (Fitting) wurden vorgenommen und selbst wenn ich nächstes Jahr merke, dass doch was nicht 100% passt, könnte ich kostenlos Nacharbeiten lassen. Es wird super auf Kundenwünsche eingegangen. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und schwatzen einem nichts unnötiges auf. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung. Danke für das tolle Einkaufserlebnis. Bought ski boots there. The advice is really benchmark! Was able to test drive the ski boots without any problems. Adjustments (fitting) were made and even if I notice next year that something doesn't fit 100%, I could have it reworked free of charge. Customer requests are very well received. The employees are very friendly and don't talk anything unnecessary into you. Unreserved recommendation. Thanks for the great shopping experience.

Last year I was also in Gerlos and I came back because Gerlos is just beautiful, but also because I wanted to buy a new boards and I'm only going to do that at the place with the most experience. I think I'm going here next year as well!! Love it here, and love the Intersport and Hotzone!
R	Rens Loing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stepped in here to rent some equipment and found it a very efficient and customer friendly company. When I filled out my information on the computers provided, a gentleman measured my feet and got me a pair of good shoes that actually fit. A quick chat about equipment later, we were putting our shoes in the lockers in the basement and on our way to the cable car (in the same building) with the direct elevator from the ski depot. This store (and attached school, depot and cable car) offer a lot of convenience. Rental wasn't that much more expensive than I'm used to (at the budget places I normally go to). All in all, a great place to start your ski trip in Gerlos.
