Very closely located to the Musikverein & Opera, downtown is also a short walk away. Lovely L’Occitane products in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with a large selection. Live egg station as well. Gluten & lactose free products were available.

The room wasn't spacious, but I remember the room condition was useful for the price. I asked for an iron and an iron plate, but they brought it kindly, and I didn't apply for breakfast, so I don't have any opinions on breakfast. I remember the receptionist being kind. I could have left my luggage after checking out. The hotel lobby feels antique rather than trendy. This hotel is not very close to major tourist attractions, but it is a place where u can walk lightly enough. Fortunately, I have never seen Korean guests. lol If I have a chance after COVID-19 is over, I wanna visit again. See ya, Austrian Friends~ :)
f	fotis karas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway in Vienna, a few steps away from the Konzerthaus but also walking distance to the Staatsoper as well and quite a few restaurants. Super-kind staff, each and every person we talked to at the reception, was incredibly helpful and gentle. Kudos to the staff, kudos to the hotel manager for his team. Not to forget: the price/quality value is just unbeatable.

Place for stay is good, but needs a little renewal. I booked Deluxe room, but I don’t real feel it in room. Room finish inside was not so excellent (no same look as in photo). Internet connection in room was good, but 2 times per day was necessary to confirm connection. Morning and Evening housekeeping service was to later for me (15.00 and 21.00)
