★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van aankomst tot vertrek was het uitstekend. Bij aankomst rond 9u 's ochtends konden we al op de kamer waardoor we ons rustig hebben kunnen gereed maken voor onze eerste skidag. Het diner 's avonds was goed. Buffetvorm: aperitiefhapje, saladebuffet , 2 soorten soep, 3 hoofdgerechten (met 1 kidshoofdgerecht) en steeds 2 soorten dessert. Ook bediening van drank was heel goed. Ze plaatsen ook de koppels wat samen waardoor je ook geen 'last' hebt van kinderen of grotere gezinnen tijdens het eten. Daarna kan je nog iets drinken in de bar. De kamer was ook tip top in orde, ruimer dan een normale kamer en een goed verzorgde badkamer. Wel zelf shampoo/conditioner meenemen. Een badjes kan je ook verkrijgen bij de receptie voor de sauna. Het hotel is max 10min stappen van de achterjet maar de skibus stopt voor de deur. Een dikke pluim voor heel het personeel en het hotel! Wij komen zeker terug.
 From arrival to departure it was excellent. On arrival around 9 am we were already able to get into the room, so we were able to prepare ourselves for our first day of skiing. Dinner in the evening was good. Buffet style: appetizer, salad buffet, 2 types of soup, 3 main courses (with 1 kids main course) and 2 types of dessert. Drinks service was also very good. They also place the couples together so that you do not have any 'burden' from children or larger families while eating. Afterwards you can have a drink in the bar. The room was also in tip-top shape, more spacious than a normal room and a well-maintained bathroom. Please bring your own shampoo/conditioner. You can also get baths at the reception in front of the sauna. The hotel is a max 10min walk from the rear jet, but the ski bus stops in front of the door. Kudos to all the staff and the hotel! We will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Alpenwelt for the second time (first time in 2012) and again the service, the room the food and the friendly staff made our stay a very pleasant one. Highly recommended Hotel!

Unfortunately there was an error with providing a salzburgland card (= tourist reduction card), although they admit the mistake, they were not willing to correct the amount, so i had to pay 59 euro extra.
The hotel manager promised to check with the head office of the provider of the card if it would be possible to refund our money, but i never heard from the hotel manager again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a great feel to it, it had modern decor, the rooms are purpose built for skiers; it has large heavy duty hooks, racks and open shelves for all your bulky gear. The sauna downstairs was a great way to wind down after a day on the slopes, only criticism is it does close a bit earliy (7pm). Also the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome hotel! Super friendly staff, great breakfast, bus stop is right in front of hotel and brings you in two stops to the lift. Sauna is nice, room is clean. Restaurant and apres ski is close. Must visit!
