Waschmaschine Trockner und Kaffeemaschine haben wir neu gekauft - Beratung und Lieferung top. Reparaturen vom Geschirrspüler wurden schnell und teils vor Ort durchgeführt. Kleinere Elektroinstallationen in und um meinem Haus wurden ebenso übernommen. Sehr netter und kompetenter Service! Man hat wirklich das Gefühl fair behandelt zu werden! Top!!! ? We bought a new washing machine, dryer and coffee machine - top advice and delivery. Repairs from the dishwasher were carried out quickly and partly on site. Smaller electrical installations in and around my house were also taken over. Very nice and competent service! You really have the feeling of being treated fairly! Top!!! ?

Natürlich haben wir Preise im Internet verglichen und die Waschmaschine etwas günstiger gefunden, allerdings ist mir ein freundlicher Ansprechpartner den kleinen Aufpreis wert. Auch ein weiteres Problem (Austausch Steckdose) wurde rasch und günstig erledigt. 100% Weiterempfehlung Great! Found via word of mouth from two very satisfied customers. When replacing our washing machine, we were well served. Of course we have compared prices on the internet and found the washing machine a bit cheaper, but a friendly contact is worth the small extra charge. Another problem (replacement socket) was done quickly and cheaply. 100% recommendation

Bei der Reparatur selbst kann man sagen, das es sehr kompetent und in einem super Preis-Leistungverhältnis dann auch gelöst wurde. Gerne wieder und beim Kauf einer neuen MAschine wenn es dann einmal doch sein muss, werden wir auf die Firma sicher zurückgreifen Danke noch einmal You can tell that the company is not out to rip-offs by the fact that when you call about a malfunction (in our case an AEG dishwasher) you get instructions for self-repair before you activate a technician. With the repair itself you can say that it was solved very competently and with a great price-performance ratio. Es wurde ein neues Gerät bestellt, geliefert und eingebaut! Preis, Leistung und Kundeservice einfach top! Werde mir alle kommenden Elektrogeräte dort kaufen. My dishwasher was broken. The company Hofer came and took the device with them and checked it. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair. A new device was ordered, delivered and installed! Price, performance and customer service simply top! I will buy all upcoming electrical appliances there.
