★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a rental for a high quality snowboard online and they didn't up having much choice at all. Told us that they just basically had one quality level. The manager which we then contacted about refund was not kind either, actually quite rude. We ended up renting at Intersport Freeride between Rendlbahn and Galzigbahn instead after the first day. Really good service there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two jackets that were on sale in this store. I am relatively satisfied with the two Kilimanjaro jackets that I did end up purchasing. However, I was not advised by the woman who was waiting on me that I was looking at flawed merchandise. I was about to buy one of the jackets that she had picked out for me when I noticed that the logo on the sleeve was terribly flawed. The saleswoman pretended to be surprised and I chose another jacket. I then saw her place it back on the rack with the others to be sold. Later I found a large spot on the inside that I was able to remove once I got it home. Also, after I got home I noticed that the tag inside the jacket that is placed there to be removed once it is worn was indeed already cut out indicating that this was a USED garment! The other jacket also had a small flaw that I did notice in the store but was not significant enough to decide against the jacket. I just think it's a shame that the employees there are willing to dupe customers in order to make a sale. I was even talking to the saleswoman about how happy I was to be buying an Austrian product because of the high quality of the products sold there. I'm sure their inventory also includes high quality products. Just be careful. They have very sleazy sales practices in this store!

Purchased very comfortable shoes and was allowed to use rental shoes on the first day to get my feet 'into skiing mode' before buying at no extra charge. Now that is service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor. If I have to describe this service in one word. Would not recommend, delivery was late and quality of equipment was terrible. Extremely over priced.
Would recommend shopping around and you can get better equipment for less elsewhere.
Disappointed in customer service, was promised a days refund for late delivery, and missing a days worth of skiing and ski lessons. To this date, still no response. Over 2 weeks and feel like I am now being ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 of the staffs from Hervis agreed to a refund for a pair of boots that I did not even rent out from. Even said that it takes a week for the company to process the refund. It has been over 3 weeks and was now told that the staffs did not agree to the refund.
Remarkable how popular rental shops like Hervis go to great lengths just to scam 50 euros from customers.
Please be cautious.
