R	Riley-Liah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier fühlte ich mich "über den Tisch gezogen". Grundsätzlich ein tolles Warenangebot, aber leider fühlte ich mich hier als Kunde betrogen. Ich habe mir 2x 3 Artikel ausgesucht, um meinen Lieben Zuhause etwas mit zu bringen. Der Preis dafür lag bei unter 2x € 13.00. Spontan fragte ich an der Kasse, ob man die Sachen auch als Geschenk (2 Geschenke) verpacken könne. Der Verkäufer meinte, dass das kein Problem sei und verpackte die Artikel in 2 Geschenke. Doch statt der erwarteten ca. € 25.00, stand auf der Rechnung dann plötzlich € 37.80. Verwundert fragte ich nach. Mir wurde erklärt, dass das Verpacken € 5.00 pro Geschenk kostet. Schliesslich sei da das Papier, die Schlaufe und seine Arbeit mit dabei... Ich bin ganz klar der Meinung, dass mich der Verkäufer, vor dem Verpacken der Geschenke über die zusätzlichen Kosten hätte informieren müssen. Das hat er aber nicht gemacht und hätte darum zu seinem Fehler stehen müssen und auf den Betrag verzichten sollen. 5 Euro pro Geschenke-Einpacken ist für mich Wucher. Und... wer gerechnet hat, hat es auch schon gemerkt. Selbst wenn das Verpacken pro Geschenk 5 Euro kostet, hätte der Endbetrag nicht € 37.80 betragen dürfen, sondern gut 3 Euro weniger. Warum 3 Sterne? 3 Sterne gibt es nur, weil ich fair bin und den Sternedurchschnitt von Produktequalität und dem schlechten Kundenservice nehme. Here I felt "ripped off". Basically a great range of goods, but unfortunately I felt cheated here as a customer. I have selected 2x 3 items to bring something home to my loved ones. The price was under 2x € 13.00. Spontaneously, I asked at the cashier, whether the things as a gift (2 gifts) could pack. The seller said that was no problem and packed the items into 2 gifts. But instead of the expected about € 25.00, stood on the bill then suddenly € 37.80. Amazed, I asked. I was told that the packaging costs € 5.00 per gift. Finally, there is the paper, the loop and his work with it ... I am quite of the opinion that the seller should have informed me about the additional costs before packing the gifts. But he did not do that and should therefore have stood for his mistake and renounce the amount. 5 euros per gift-wrapping is meury usury. And ... who expected, has already noticed. Even if the packaging costs 5 euros per gift, the final amount should not have been € 37.80, but a good 3 euros less. Why 3 stars? There are only 3 stars because I'm fair and take the average of product quality and bad customer service.
