★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The service was great. The product selection was fantastic. I had a pair of boots fitted, skis mounted, bases cured and everything ready to go within a few hours. It was a great experience all around.
The boot fitters are very good. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst equipment I ever rented. First time I renting from sport 2000 and I would never do it again. I'm renting snowboard each year for the last 8 years and never got such an awful board (always the second-best tier). besides the quality of it, I'm 185 cm tall, and I got 156 cm board, when I complain about this they told me "anyone with any height could surf with any length of boards".
Another thing, when I order the board and went to the shop (about 5 mins), they told me I have to wait 24h until I come to the shop - this didn't mention on my order at all. The reason is the computer updates only at 7 am and not right away. I guess this moment should make me understand I should cancel the order and leave (but I didn't).
