★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, wouldn't serve me as I didn't have a print out of my rentals. However the day before my girlfriend and I were in the store and she didn't have her receipt and was served no problem....and it was the same member of staff!

I needed ski rentals for a day and I live in Vail, a ski resort in USA and know its hard servicing hundreds of people and getting them a perfect fit of ski and boots day in and day out. The guys were all great, super efficient, answered all my questions on what ski to rent based on the conditions, all with a smile on their face. Shop was recommended by by hotel and location was great, service was awesome. Super impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there was good! I wanted to buy a pair of boots and they directed me to the manager who was a total jerk. He was so disrespectful and ruined my experience. The check in service was great but the manager was so rude, hence the 2 star review. They also gave my girlfriend “ski park” boots when not once did she say she wanted these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales staff quite excellent - helpful and available. Gear selection - not so great but ok. They have good stuff but not a variety of too many brands - we were looking for a board and bindings. We went to talk to the rental department and it was one guy who was busy with another gent. He took ages to complete that transaction - about 20 minutes. We sat and waited. Once he helped us he was quite good. So, if you have time - this is a good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is great but the manager of the ski rental was so rude,yelling and disrespectful as if everyone asking should know' their rules'.He was asking us to bring the boots from the depot and give them back,although we would need them for ski tommorow.He said we must give them back and take completely all over new ones for tommorow.That is so unneeded torture.To measure and rent all over again,and yelling like a crazy person saying I have two minutes till 10 to bring them from the depo.Unheard of unservice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best skishop in town. Knowledgeable and down to earth staff, that really know their stuff. Huge selection, with just the right products. And free beer/ coffee if you buy something. ? they also have a great boot fitter, and quick service!
