Nicht nur dass wir sehr gut beraten wurden, das Team hat hoch engagiert dafür gesorgt, dass unsere Füße dank Bootfitting und Anpassungen am Ende perfekt in die Stiefel passten.  Great team, super helpful. I and my son bought ski boots there. Not only was we advised very well, the team was very committed to ensuring that our feet fit perfectly into the boots thanks to boot fitting and adjustments. Thanks again for your commitment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe hier zwar eine schöne und preiswerte Regenjacke gefunden, allerdings konnte mir kurz darauf - als es zum ersten Verarbeitungsfehler der Jacke kam - nicht weitergeholfen werden.
Kundenorientierung, Reklamation und auch Kulanz habe ich an anderer Stelle besser erlebt.
I found a nice and inexpensive rain jacket here, but shortly afterwards - when the jacket first made defects in workmanship - there was no further help.
I have seen better customer orientation, complaints and goodwill elsewhere.
