Ich konnte mein Produkt ausgiebig testen und erhielt das für mich perfekte Bike. Sehr faires Preis- Leistungs- Angebot. Auch die weitere Betreuung nach dem Kauf perfekt. Kleinere Nachjustierungen und Serviceleistungen wurden von der sehr sympathischen und kompetenten Technik- Crew (Markus) ohne vorherige Anmeldung sofort und kulant durchgeführt. Toller Gesamteindruck, 100%- Weiterempfehlung. When I bought my e-bike, Gerhard Wagner gave me expert, competent and personable advice in every respect. I was able to test my product extensively and got the perfect bike for me. Very fair price-performance offer. The further support after the purchase is also perfect. Minor readjustments and services were carried out immediately and accommodatingly by the very personable and competent technical crew (Markus) without prior notification. Great overall impression, 100% recommendation.

Hier darf man sich auf eine Top Beratung freuen, von jemandem, der richtig Ahnung hat und nicht einfach nur seine Produkte rausschiessen möchte. Hübscher Eingangsbereich mit vielen Pflanzen und hinter dem Laden sind genug Parkplätze. Die Preise sind fair, die Auswahl ist groß und unser Sohn vollends glücklich mit seinem neuen Bike. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! We came across this company when we were looking for a suitable bike for our son.. and were enthusiastic from the first minute! Here you can look forward to top advice from someone who has the right idea and doesn't just want to shoot out his products. Nice entrance area with lots of plants and enough parking space behind the store. The prices are fair, there is a large selection and our son is completely happy with his new bike. We would like to come again!

Fahrrad dort nicht gekauft und dadurch ich einen Exoten als Bike habe(Fahrrad aus Holz) wurde ich leider auch schon von anderen Shops abgelehnt, wollten dies nicht machen. Hier alles kein Problem, das Rad hat leider unter den salzigen Wintermonaten sehr gelitten, nun erstrahlt es im neuen Glanz. Service div. Verschleißteile tauschen alles wurde rasch, unkompliziert und ohne Wartezeit auf einen Termin erledigt. Komme immer wieder gerne zurück!!! Clearly to be recommended, simply TOP! Didn't buy the bike there and because I have an exotic bike (wooden bike) I've unfortunately been rejected by other shops and didn't want to do it. No problem here, the bike unfortunately suffered a lot from the salty winter months, now it shines in new splendor. Service various wearing parts exchange everything was done quickly, easily and without waiting for an appointment. Always love to come back!!!

Er hat uns auch einen sehr guten Preis gemacht mit einem kleineren Akku ( da wir auch keinen großen Akku Brauchen) Ich bin wirklich sehr positiv überrascht! Wir kommen garantiert wieder! Great advice! Very customer friendly! We were even allowed to borrow the bike for a few days to test it out! We felt very well looked after and advised! He also made us a very good price with a smaller battery (since we don't need a large battery either). I'm really very positively surprised! We'll definitely be back!

Was expecting a long delivery times since they needed to be shipped from Austria to Denmark, therefor I ordered three weeks before going on a ski vacation. I ordered on a Monday and they were here on a Friday. Really pleased with everything! with best regards Thor
