Zusätzlich konnte man nach dem "Premium Service" immernoch Belagsschäden sehen und von einer sauberen Belagsstruktur konnte keine Rede sein! Als ein Verkäufer darauf angesprochen wurde gab er den Ski's die Schuld und lief einfach davon. Ist das Geld nicht Wert dort einen Service zu machen! Geben Sie es lieber bei einem anderen Sportgeschäft mit Ski-Service aus, denn bei Bertel Sport erhalten Sie höchstens verschliffene Ski's für Ihr Geld... Very bad ski service. Edges of 2 pairs of skis were sanded. A lower edge still had rust spots. In addition, you could still see after the "Premium Service" surface damage and a clean pavement structure could be no question! When a salesperson was mentioned, he blamed the skis and just ran away. Is not the money worth doing a service there! Give it to another sports shop with ski service, because at Bertel Sport you will get at the most sanded skis for your money ...

Aber am coolsten fand ich, als ich fragte, was ich mit meinem zu lockeren Schuh machen könne, hat der Herr (leider weiß ich den Namen nicht) sich wirklich Zeit genommen, viel probiert, und eine echt gute Lösung an drei Punkten gefunden und durchgeführt. DAAANKE ! With a lot of effort you get along well, even in case of stress, the employees are in a good mood (as I borrowed the ski equipment for my kids). Trotz grossem Andrang zu Stosszeiten, waren wir in 15 Minuten bereits wieder draussen mit einem tollen Ski, Skischuhen, die passen und Stöcken. Total durchorganisiert und trotzdem freundlich und kompetent beraten ... und günstig - könnte Schule machen. Vielen Dank dem Team. Rented ski equipment for my daughter for a day.
