Good selection, personal attention, good prices. E-bikes are super quality. Had fun driving on different routes in Brandnertal. All cabins are easy to reach with e-mountain bikes. Also for beginners.

Schnell, unkompliziert, Sachverstand, flexibel und klar.
Immer und immer wieder gern; sind in einem Jahr wegen angeblich günstiger online Gruppen-Buchung "fremdgegangen" - war aber sinnlos! ?

Fast, uncomplicated, expertise, flexible and clear.
Again and again gladly; "cheated" in one year because of allegedly cheaper online group booking - but it was pointless! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nun, meine Frau hat vor 2 Jahren Handschuhe gekauft und die Naht ging am ersten Tag kaputt. Muk-Sport war nicht kulant und hat weder einen Ersatz geliefert noch einen Rabatt angeboten. Nun, sehr schlechter Service. Bertel macht da einen viel besseren Service.
Well my wife bought gloves 2 years ago and the stitching broke on the first day. Muk-Sport was not accommodating and neither delivered a replacement nor offered a discount. Well very bad service. Bertel does a much better service there.

We had to pay 55 Euros for rental for ski equipment for 3 (adult and two kids), which is fair as it is, but when we got back the owner took only 39 Euros saying: "well you went only for a few hours so it should be less". Thank you! Next time in Brandnertal would surly go via Muks ?
