L	Laura Martens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zu empfehlen, mein Laptop war zwar aufgrund eines Mainboard-Schadens nicht mehr zu retten, mir wurde aber im Anschluss super nett und schnell mit weiteren Formularen und Nachweisen für die Laptop-Garantie geholfen, sodass sich das Herumschlagen mit der Garantiefirma dank der Hilfe von Helferline (besonders Yacine) letztendlich gelohnt hat :) Highly recommended, although my laptop could no longer be saved due to mainboard damage, I was then helped super nice and quickly with further forms and evidence for the laptop guarantee, so that dealing with the guarantee company was a thing of the past thanks to the help of Helferline (especially Yacine) was worth it in the end :)

Sehr nett höflich Hab mich fast wie zuhause gefühlt Ich empfehle es wirklich sehr schnelle Reparatur in weniger als 25minuten Batterie getauscht. Der Mitarbeiter ,, Yacine“ ist wirklich sehr sympathisch und hat mich während der Reparaturzeit sehr unterhalten:) To be honest, just too good. Very nice polite I almost felt at home. I really recommend it to be repaired very quickly in less than 25 minutes. Battery changed. The employee "Yacine" is really very personable and entertained me very much during the repair time :)

Das Ganze war in nicht einmal 10 Minuten erledigt. Und der Preis war mehr als moderat, war ehrlich sehr überrascht wie günstig das war. Kann ich mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Einen Extra Stern ? für den Mitarbeiter der an dem Nachmittag Dienst hatte. Was in the store on 10/13/21. I could be helped quickly. (My smartphone didn't respond to swipes or taps). The whole thing was done in less than 10 minutes. And the price was more than moderate, I was honestly very surprised how cheap it was. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. An extra star ? for the employee who was on duty that afternoon.

Termin wurde seeehr rasch gefunden und die Mitarbeiter alle eine 10/10. I had my iPhone 11 screen replaced there last week. Price-performance is absolutely top. The appointment was found very quickly and the employees all gave it a 10/10.
