Betrügerisch? Weiß man nicht, da ja keine Einsicht gewährt wird um die merkwürdigen Geschäftspraktiken überprüfen zu können.
Finger weg!

untätigste,
ignoranteste Hausverwaltung,
die ich kenne.
(Wenn ich sie nicht für heillos überfordert und ehrlich unfähig hielte, müsste ich sie schon als vorsätzlich betrügerisch erachten;
Beispiel: hat keine Homepage, auch wenn sie vorgibt, eine schöne zu haben.)
Es ist ein Desaster! Und ich bin nicht Mieter, sondern Hausmiteigentümer, der diese Hausverwaltung auch noch zahlen muss.
Plus: Sie kostet mich nicht nur Geld (für keine erkennbare Gegenleistung), sondern sie kostet auch: Lebenszeit und Nerven!
Kurz und schlecht: Diese Hausverwaltung MACHT EINFACH IHRE ARBEIT NICHT!

most ignorant property management,
whom I know.
(If I did not consider them hopelessly overwhelmed and honestly incapable, I would have to consider them deliberately fraudulent;
Example: doesn't have a homepage, even if it pretends to have a nice one.)
It is a disaster! And I am not a tenant, but a co-owner who also has to pay this property management company.
Plus: It not only costs me money (for no discernible consideration), but it also costs: life and nerves!
In short: this property management company JUST DOES NOT DO YOUR WORK!
