Leider erfolgte ein Hausverwaltungswechsel, mit der derzeitigen bin ich leider auch überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Rented an apartment from this property management company 18 years ago, at that time I was very satisfied. Unfortunately there was a change of property management, unfortunately I'm not at all satisfied with the current one.

Sehr frech; schreien einen an wenn man anruft; weigern sich normal zu kommunizieren; legen auf und weigern sich dann abzuheben. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen wer da alles sitzt... Property management is generally not great - but this must be the worst at all. Very naughty; yell at you when you call; refuse to communicate normally; hang up and then refuse to take off. I can only imagine who is sitting there ...
B	Bettina Wöhrer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Schäden in der Wohnung wird NICHT reagiert, es kommt höchstens ein Brief bzw. eine Mail, dass der Schaden verursacht durch den Mieter ist und von dem auch beheben werden muss, dies ist allerdings falsch! Wenn ich Fernwärme habe und kein Warmwasser habe ist die Hausverwaltung dafür zuständig! Bin froh endlich aus der Wohnung draussen zu sein, waren 3 sehr nervenraubende Jahre. Hat aber alles Konsequenzen liebe Damen und Herren, meine Rechtsvertretung ist informiert - weil mit mir bestimmt nicht! If I have district heating and have no hot water, the property management is responsible! I am happy to be out of the apartment, 3 years were very annoying years. Wohnungsmängel werden erst nach Ewigkeiten oder gar niemals behoben, es wird einem vorgeschrieben was ich im Kellerabteil lagern darf und was nicht. Von meiner 76qm Wohnung war Wochenlang ein Raum aufgrund einer defekten Heizung nicht nutzbar (Wintermonate) usw. I don't know any worse property management company in Vienna! Housing defects are only fixed after ages or never at all, it is prescribed what I can and cannot store in the basement. One room of my 76sqm apartment could not be used for weeks due to a defective heating system (winter months), etc.
