Bought a house from at-home 2 months ago and since then just trouble. Catastrophe! not recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo! Ich habe im Laufe des Wohnungskaufes einen Sonderwunschantrag abgeschlossen (Fliesen, Parkett). Doch es sah nach der Verlegung ganz anders als bei der Bemusterung. Die bemusterte einfärbige 30x60 Calx Bianco Fliese sieht befleckt und alt aus. Der gebürsteter! Eiche Parkettboden wurde von der Firma ohne mich in Kenntnis zu setzen sogar geschliffen um die Schäden zu verdecken. Die Rillen sind voll Mörtel. Die Holzboden Struktur ist für immer weg. Die Schäden sind nach wie vor da. Bin sehr enttäuscht...
Hello! In the course of buying the apartment, I completed a special request (tiles, parquet). But things looked very different after the laying than when the samples were taken. The patterned one-color 30x60 Calx Bianco tile looks stained and old. The brushed one! Oak parquet flooring was even sanded by the company without notifying me to hide the damage. The grooves are full of mortar. The wooden floor structure is gone forever. The damage is still there. Am very disappointed...
