Ich wohne in einem Gebäude wo seit Übernahme durch diese Verwaltung das Hauseingangstor nicht mehr verschlossen wird und sich nun auch nicht mehr schließt. Die Anzahl der Mülltonnen hat sich fast verdoppelt obwohl im Verhältnis dazu nicht mehr Einwohner sind. Menschen werfen ihren Müll trotzdem in die Hausgänge und ich habe im Parterre Mäuse daran gesehen; da gab es auch keine Beleuchtung über eine Woche lang. Auf Reparaturen muss man meistens lange warten. Der eingestellte Reinigungsdienst macht die Reinigung zwar nach Plan, aber wenn's mehr zu tun gäbe bleibts wie's ist. Ein zwei Tage fühlt es sich hier halbwegs sauber an, den Rest der Tage nicht. Beim Anruf in der Verwaltung fühlte ich, dass die Mitarbeiter unter Zeitdruck stehen und ich dann auch, während ich mein Anliegen beschrieb. Ja das sind einige Beispiele warum meine Bewertung im Moment nicht gut ist./ /Alles klar jetzt warum das Hauseingangstor nicht repariert wurde: Die Hausanierung hat begonnen 1.2.2021 und die Baufirma bezieht den Strom vom Kasten im Parterre; die Leitung geht über das Haustor nach draußen und so muss das Haustor dafür ohnehin offen bleiben und in der Nacht sieht's ja keiner .. So right now I'm not excited about this company. I live in a building where, since this administration took over, the house entrance gate is no longer locked and does not close any more. The number of rubbish bins has almost doubled, although there are no more residents in proportion. People still throw their rubbish in the corridors and I saw mice on it on the ground floor; there was no lighting for over a week. You usually have to wait a long time for repairs. The hired cleaning service does the cleaning according to plan, but if there is more to do it stays as it is. It feels halfway clean here for two days, but not for the rest of the day. When I called the administration, I felt that the employees were under time pressure and so was I while I was describing my concerns. Yes, these are a few examples why my rating is not good at the moment. / / All right now why the house entrance gate was not repaired: The house renovation has started February 1, 2021 and the construction company draws the power from the box on the ground floor; the line goes through the house gate to the outside and so the house gate has to stay open anyway and nobody can see it at night ..

Anbringung eines Firmenschildes, die mir umgehend, auch mit der nötigen Kompetenz im Immobilienrecht, verständlich erklärt wurden. Die Korrespondenz ist freundlich und man bekommt rasch die nötige Auskunft. Bis jetzt alles top, bleibt so. I have been in contact with the all-in-one since summer 2020 and have been very satisfied so far. After we moved in, there were a few questions to clarify, e.g. attaching a company sign, which was immediately explained to me in an understandable manner, also with the necessary expertise in real estate law. The correspondence is friendly and you get the information you need quickly. So far everything is great, stays that way.

Erst jetzt viel mir auf, dass LIM-MANAGEMENT zur Unternehmensgruppe LIMBERG gehört, die auch Immobilienanwälte, Sachverständige und Makler im Haus hat. War für mich sehr praktisch, weil ich von Salzburg aus einen neuen Mieter für meine Wohnung gesucht habe und LIM-BROKER die Vermittlung übernommen hat. Ich musste mich um nichts kümmern, weil schon alle Unterlagen bzw. Informationen über meine Wohnung vorhanden waren (LIM-MANAGEMENT hat die Unterlagen direkt an LIM-BROKER übermittelt). Auch die Eigenheiten der Wohnanlage waren bekannt. Dementsprechend schnell ging die Vermittlung von statten. Auch mit der Verwaltung bzw. meiner Ansprechperson bei LIM-MANAGEMENT bin ich sehr zufrieden. Immer erreichbar! My condominium in Vienna has been managed by LIM-MANAGEMENT (formerly all-in-one) for years. Only now I noticed that LIM-MANAGEMENT belongs to the LIMBERG group, which also has real estate lawyers, experts and brokers in-house. It was very practical for me because I was looking for a new tenant for my apartment from Salzburg and LIM-BROKER took over the mediation. I didn't have to worry about anything because all the documents and information about my apartment were already available (LIM-MANAGEMENT sent the documents directly to LIM-BROKER). The peculiarities of the residential complex were also known. The mediation went accordingly quickly. I am also very satisfied with the administration and my contact person at LIM-MANAGEMENT. Always available!
c	chris schiener on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin kürzlich in ein Gebäude gezogen, das von aiogv verwaltet wird, und war sehr positiv überrascht: normalerweise bin ich von Hausverwaltungen gewöhnt, dass alles sehr lange dauert, umständlich und bürokratisch ist. Mit aiogv war allerdings alles sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und bemüht – von der Objektübergabe bis hin zu einigen Anliegen, die ich zu Anfang in der neuen Wohnung hatte. Meine Betreuerin hat immer schnell geantwortet, war um Lösungen bemüht und hatte diese dann auch immer parat. Warum kann das nicht überall so sein? I recently moved into a building managed by aiogv and was very pleasantly surprised: normally I'm used to property management that everything takes a long time, is cumbersome and bureaucratic. With aiogv, however, everything was very uncomplicated, friendly and hard-working - from handing over the property to some of the concerns I had at the beginning in the new apartment. My supervisor always replied quickly, tried to find solutions and then always had them ready. Why can't it be the same everywhere?

Die Verwaltung bzw. angeschlossene Vermittlung (Lim Broker) hat das übernommen und nach 2 Monaten hatten wir den perfekten Mieter! Wir sind sehr dankbar für das tolle rundum Service We have an investor apartment in a house managed by LIM-MANAGEMENT in the 9th district. We had been looking for a private tenant for months. The administration or the affiliated broker (Lim Broker) took over and after 2 months we had the perfect tenant! We are very grateful for the great all-round service
